I saw the first pictures as the "How it stands now" ones (long day!) and was about to launch a tirade of abuse. I then scrolled down and saw what an amazing job you've done, congratulations!

Range report!! Looks like a beauty.

Sorry no range report with the new forearm yet. Two trips with the other forearm were lets just say a bit disappointing. 5 shot groups averaged around 2" vertically and about 6 " horizontally. I spent a lot more time fitting this forearm so I'm hoping that does it. That is assuming it wasn't all me which it could well be lol.

funny I was about to do the same thing!

I couldn't see the foresight block and bayonet lugs on the original barrel. Were they still present or did you re-barrel it?

The barreled action is the same as the original pictures. I just replaced everything else.
You can't see the bayonet lugs because of the crappy pictures.
