I have an M1
magazine, still in oiled paper, made by Northwest Metal Products Co 1943.
I can't so quick any info about this factory. What are the letters on the magazine for this factory ??

Can you post a picture of the wrapper? And the magazine markings? I don't recognize that maker name.

Not all of the magazine makers are know or listed as there were over 70 different makings on magazines. I cannot find this one in any of my material. You may find out by opening it up carefully and noting the letters or such on the back of the magazine. Many many millions of magazines were made during WW2.

okay, thanks, i think i let it closed, maybe later i take a look. But i'm a little surprised that after so much years, nobody knows what it is or even saw these. I think, this factory must made at least a copple of hundreds like this or more.
Maybe i get still a reaction from somebody

There was a M1
Garand clip make called Northwest Metals in Seattle Washington. Information from Wolifies M1 clip collection on the net.

You might have a very collectible magazine there. I could also find no mention of that contractor for carbine mags but the package you show is genuine.
