Howdy from the other side of the planet! Looks like a fine start. I still have the first rifle I ever bought as well. Funnily enough, it's a WWI BSA No.1 Mk.III* rebuilt in '37. Had it since the '70s.
You seem to have a good handle on what you have. Any intentions of taking it to the range?

Homer/Demo, mustn't have been able to close the vault doors after the mess Bindii made, for him to be parting with nice collectables.
Looks good.

I sure will be, but I will be making a very determined effort to take care of it as well.
Thanks for your comments everyone

Good to see you over here as well ATC... would like to get all the serious Enfield guys from shooting.com collectors to plug in here eventually if we can. Lots of information available here for the enthusiast at Lee Enfield On-line Knowledge Libraries (Index of Articles) as well as a very friendly and helpful bunch to answer any questions you can't find yourself.
As is everywhere, we like pictures here too! Welcome aboard, mate.

You are absolutely right mate, I can't wait to get my next one.
I have written myself up a pretty comprehensive "wish list" as it were.
Next up, a WW1 era No 1 Mk III with Mag cut off and volley sights.... Better start saving haha.
