Samco cracked stock K31
Anyone bought one of these, I'm interested to know how bad the cracked stock is.

You'd probably be better off asking the seller. It's probably different for each rifle.
This question seems to be floating around the internet and I've never seen an answer to it from someone who has actually bought one.

Please let us know as I am curious myself. I have seen the question posed but no definitive answer. The price seems right if they are repariable.

I did contact Samco, they said the cracks were hairline and could be about anywhere.

I got one of these from Samco. There is no crack, but the stock is in rough shape. All the metal is in really nice shape, the only down side is these are parts guns and the serial numbers don't match. So if your into collecting and figure any example is better than no example, like I do then they aren't a bad deal.

Does the bolt match the receiver? I've never heard of one that didn't. Magazines mis-matched yes but not the bolt.

Good question. I ordered four of the slings and two nose caps from SOG. Two of the four slings were quite sound ant two serviceable with surface cracking at the pivot points.
There flyer is no longer avaliable to non FFL holders but I asked if the had k31s in stock and was told yes.

On the one i got the bolt doesn't match the receiver, that's why I say they are parts guns. It did have a soldiers name and unit number on a tag under the but stock.
