I don't know if Norinco makes anything like this.
To buy a real one in anything but junk condition would be prohibitively expensive.
Norinco NDM86,
But no true Dragunov is inexpensive, especially due to the Russian & Chinese import restrictions in the US.
There are plenty of RPK based optically sighted sniping/marksman rifles such as the Romanian FPK and Yugo
M.76 (in 8x57). They are fairly inexpensive in the US.

The old Norinco rifle is a mighty fine bit of Dragunov, at least the 7.62x54r version. The only for real Russian
version I've seen was priced at $10,000US, but the fellow who owned it let a couple of us play w/ it a bit. It did not seem any better than the Chinese rifle.
David Keng imported them way back, a nice "local" guy who let us wander his warehouse and pick out goodies! Only problem, no wads o' cash to expend...
BTW In cold weather the handguards creak like an old staircase when you shift your grip, kind of annoying whilst out stalking the pine thickets for critters. (They MIGHT not hear, but its disconcerting all the same.)

Current prices in the uk are £2300 for the wooden stocked version polymer stock version £1950. Prices have rocketed since the recession.
