Twist Rate For a Remington P14
I would be thankful if someone could tell me what the twist rate is on a Remington built P14. I tried google, but that didn't net me any answers.
Thank you in advance.

The same as for any other P14. 1 in 10 LH twist.

Thank you very much Patrick. I'm thinking of trying my hand at some long range shooting with this rifle. One in ten is good.

The long sight radius and peep sight give a P14 or M1917 an advantage over any other rifle of the same vintage. Comparison with the next generation (Enfield No.4, 1903-A3, Garand
) is not quite fair. But I recall from the distant past that some competition shooters still preferred the P14 to a No.4. The difficulty is to find a P14 in good shooting condition. If you have one, never let it go!
