Apart from the hammer, the Snider lock is the same as the P1853 or P1858 3- or 2-band Enfield muzzleloader.
As there are plenty of replicas around, especially in the re-enactment scene, and doubtless some spare parts for them, just look for an "Enfield muzzleloader" mainspring.
A Parker-Hale spring ought to be a "drop-in" fit. Springs from other sources may require some fettling.
A spring is a long-term "wearing part" and replacing a spring, like a nipple, is quite acceptable to keep a rifle functioning and should not prejudice its participation in competitions for original rifles.

Lodgewood Manufacturing has an original Enfield mainspring listed but, I don't know if he ships to Canada
