Very early 1903
Very early 03 SN 96522, mixmaster. Has a upside down OGEN? boxed cartouche, C stock with S9 in the well, 1941 Remington barrel, NS marked bolt. Needs some rear sight parts. We are going to auction this off next month for the Pershing Museum......what might it fetch?

This is a case where the parts might be worth more than the "whole" rifle. $450?

Hoping to get 550 for it with the 1905 serial number. It has been parked and sadly it was a treasure at one time.

The 1941 Rem. barrel, the NS bolt and the Type C stock are the only things worth anything on that rifle. Maybe $550 to someone who wants the parts.

Elmer Keith?
Sakorick:
If your 03 cartouche actually is an OGEK in a box, it was inspected at Ogden Arsenal by none other than Elmer Keith. This might help the rifle bring a premium of some sort.
A small, unboxed OGEK is Ogden Arsenal, Ed Klouser.
