New CMP M1 - This caught my eye - what do I have?

I usually lurk here rather than post - sorry for just seeking info. Last fall I purchased my first CMPicon M1icon and this forum was a great help to a newbee. I have since read a lot about M1s - still lots to learn.

I just picked up my 2nd SG Garand from CMP. I snapped a few photos before returning to work. I haven't broken this down yet, but a few things instantly caught my eye. It has a NM front sight. A barrel in the range of known NM rifles (see article here https://www.milsurps.com/images/impo..._zps2755-1.jpg) and some correct proofs for an NM barrel. What do I have here? Is this a NM rifle. It can't be an NM rifle... right? Also the right side of the buttstock has very faint large letter rack B2 approx 3 inches high.

Does the rear sight aperture have any marks on it, such as.52, or.69? COULD it be a NM? Yes. IS it a NM? Probably not, but I've been wrong before.
By the way, that's a very desireable Letter Kenny stock you have (notice the orange triangle on the bottom of the pistol grip). Is the right front leg of the receiver marked LEAD, by any chance?

Looks Like an SA/66 rebuild. I don't see any external numbers on the aperture. No NM on the barrel.

See additional pictures below. Any other info?
