May I ask is that a Pershing tank so its either late WWII or the Korean war.

I agree that the turret up top looks like a Chaffe turret...but the pic at the bottom is a Pershing, illustrating why we'd think Pershing. They share the chassis...see original on line posting...

The key ID feature is the number of track wheels 5 vs 6
The dust shields are of very similar contour.
The MG mount on the Chaffee is offset to the right as compared to the Pershing which is centered.
Yes the bottom two images are Pershing.

Some misinformation going on here, M-24 was classified a light tank and smaller than T-26/M-26/M-46. M-24 had five road wheels as seen in the images in this post. T-26 was classified as a medium tank and had six road wheels as illustrated in the images of that tank. The sloping turret armor in the first image indicates that's an M24.
