USMC WWI...
I got a very big surprise from my little sister today. Something I thought I'd never see again, my granddad's uniforms. he was a Sgt with 2nd battalion 5th US Marines, and was at Belleau Wood, Blanc Mont Ridge, and everywhere else the 5th Marines fought on the western front. He lost his younger brother at Belleau Wood, and was awarded a Silver Star citation, and individual award of the Croix de Guerre w/Palm for his actions there.
Semper Fi Gramps.

I like your username. And as a former Jarhead.(79-86) I find that uniform to be a real piece of our history. A fantastic part of Teufel hunden heritage. That must feel awesome to own it.
Congrats Devildog
