If I have this right Modern Toy of Japan
made there stuff in the occupied area of China in 1932 called Manchukuo (Manchuria). Toys built there often carried the name: MANCHUKUO TOY CO. C1930'S.
Gets complicated, but see similar styles to yours but no match found.

I've read many were destroyed by Japan needing the scrap metal. After occupation allied troops also destroyed them, feeling they were offensive.
Yours must be rare, IMO
