A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Thanks for this article. I didn`t know I was collecting these, but I have acquired a few of these over the years as well.

I have a BSA Mk II Martini Henry musket, #1 Mk III musket converted by RFI in 1948, a ZULU and a Hunter shotgun, both in 12 gauge.

I also have a 74/80 Gras carbine bolt with oversized bolt head. So they must have made shotguns out of these as well.

Excellent article about a very neglected topic. These guns surface at shows and auctions all the time; little known about them.
