Thinking about getting another Yugo M48
I've almost got the Model of 1917 paid off so I'm considering getting this M48. Don't know if he will work with me on the price or not the asking prices is $450.00

The price seems a little high. I paid $280 for mine 3 years ago. But I see you live behind the rainbow curtain so it may be a fair price for over there. - Bill

I was thinking the same but few are priced in that range on GunBroker most end up selling for more.

$350-400 seems the new norm for M48’s. I’ve been thinking about another one as well, but I’m not sure I’m willing to pay that price.

Yeah, price is what I'm struggling with I've been watching GunBroker but the problem with that is if I order it has to go to an FFL, even though I have a C&R, FFL transfer fees are $35.00 then the shipping fees typically $30.00, I end up at the same price point. I only paid Zastava M48A only cost me $280.00 but I don't know if a M48 is worth more then a M48A/B or BO. Maybe I'll just take a trip up to Nevada for a weekend in Vegas with the wife (good excuse to go look at guns) and see what hanging around there.

In that condition, $300 would seem more appropriate.

Don’t get me wrong, they’re good rifles and from a quality, function, and accuracy point of view, worth the price. Still, since I already have one and they really have no collectors value I find it hard to justify getting another at the current prices.

Well, I blame freedomintheskies if he hadn't posted a picture of his M48 with the Zrak ON- M76 scopes/rings then I wouldn't even be thinking about another rifle. Then there was Jim showing off his rifle and teaching me the history and differences between the M48, M48A, M48B, and BO - yup all their fault.
