I believe it to be legit. There is typically a double atamp on Inland stocks, though this one appears to be a triple stamp.
This stock is for a very late M1
or early M2 Inland. It's actually an M2 stock. You would need a Inland carbine with a serial number that is near 7 million for it to be correct.

I just don't hardly worry about stock markings anymore. In another 10 or 20 years it won't matter anyway, no one will be able to tell the difference between the fakes and the real ones.

It's a sad state of affairs, but I did the same thing. There's so many faked stocks these days I look at the markings before anything else.
At this rate we may start looking for stocks with no CC.
