Looking very nice indeed, how did you get on at 600yds?

Very well - good hit rate on a 12" plate and consistently hitting a figure 11 target

Always used handloads
Got through 150 rounds on Friday - not one hard extraction

Waco,
Is that my old rifle? Did you get it from Simon, Hythe sight and all?

No, Gil....
Its one of the original Anglo Custom rifles, built on a 1961 BSA matching upper and lower

I find the Anglo custom rifles quite interesting with the SP modifications applied and curiously in a Straight pull rifle, the automatic fire design features deleted.
New un-ported barrel
Safety sear removed.
Sear tripping spur removed from the bolt carrier
Heavily modified bolt
Pin mounted in front of the bolt carrier and matching hole machined into the receiver
No Gas Tube
Circular Bolt fitted into the Gas block to replace gas plug
It always seamed a little 'over the top' to me, especially as the Imbel SP Fals had all the semi automatic features intact, including the piston on some early imports, with only the bleed hole not drilled.

Anglo clearly used some fine measurements to make theirs stand out from the rest
GGG was the only thing mine fired without too much hassle, but I must admit never tried my own loads.
