Hi Lou,
Bolt, barrel and receiver match showing serial number D32522 however sn has been redone on the butt socket as you can see a partial sn in a different font in the sn area. The T, S and TR as well as the M 47C (BSA) all appear to be panto graphed not stamped so something is going on there. The wood is not original to D32522 and now bears serial number 33112. Could be a refurb or a restoration?
Do you have scope and bracket?

Thanks for posting addition pictures. Very nice looking CTH scope serial number 24911. Does not match rifle as 24834 appears on the upper surface of the but. Scope bracket X 32256 does not match the rifle D 32522. Both are original just not matching to the rifle.
Very impressive shooting. Looks like it's well put together.
Cheers,

Long time no hear Lou, welcome back... If this one shoots and you like it, I doubt you broke the bank for it so why not just keep it? Seems to shoot just fine... Looks good even if it isn't original.

What is the serial number on the tongue of the butt?
The TR looks genuine and struck-in to me, and of course if numbers were being changed there would be no need to meddle with that anyway. That mark would only need to be added on a very early rifle or a fake/replica "T", and this is clearly a genuine "T", whatever else may have been done to it.
If you can post a full size, close-up photo of the butt socket markings that would help.
From what I can see it looks like electro-penciled markings were over-stamped, and I doubt it was done post-service.

Much changes, much remains the same.

Will remove the buttstock soon and see what I find on it
And: Hoping this version of the picture of the left side of the socket comes out with better resolution?

OK, looks like electro-pencilled numbers were overstamped for better durability. Same as (?) A1848 in another thread.
Very few bubbas have number stamps and even fewer have letter stamps.

That’s the best No4T sniper shot group I have seen in a while. Keep it. What ammo are you using ?
