I recommend you read it if you haven't already. It includes banning all online sales of guns and gun parts. There of course is no definition of "Assault weapon", other than using that term interchangeably with "weapons of war".

All M1

carbines were banned in New Jersey effective June 1 1991. There were political exceptions, such as police officers.... There was no "grand fathering".. They could be registered, but you cannot dispose of a registered carbine.

IIRC, they lost their "grandfathered" status altogether after Sandy Hook.

China Joe isn't in control. He's a puppet like Jeff Dunham's "Walter" His underlings will do everything they can to destroy gun rights. You might imagine AOC with her hand up Joe and mouthing "ban weapons of war". Meaning all. Plan accordingly.
