This was on a dealer's table at the Kempton Park fair in the UK. It is only the 2nd time I've seen one in the flesh. Pouches are dated 1916. Mag is marked Linley & Co. The asking price seemed to vary throughout the day but ended up as £2,000. I didn't buy it.

ice...if it were here. they'd have us drilling a hole and inserting pop rivets to limit the capacity to five.
-In California it would have to be made into a 10-round but un-reversible; so pop rivets would not be allowed.

A No4 20 round magazine sold about 2 years ago at (a UK) auction - I was out at £200 and it went a little (not much) higher.
Maybe I should have stayed in a bit longer !

Mine are not the best, but they are not too bad. I can think of lots of Enfields I'd rather have but instead of constantly striving for more, sometimes it's good to be satisfied with what one has...
