    Not getting having weapons scattered all around the weapon pit especially sitting the BAR in outer space like that, Garandicon near BAR on sandbags has the action open great for ingress of crud! Garand at rear I suppose if they are outflanked..........
    Guess it may be the case of only 2 in the pit but fire all the different weapons to feign more troops in the hole!

    I'm guessing those are his squad mates weapons left in position while they catch some sleep. Nothing wrong with that as they're in a position on top of a hill. I think they will have plenty of time to recover their weapons.
