Colorado Ute ~ 1 Big Boomer ~ 0
An exceedingly large boomer (male kangaroo) leapt out from behind cover to try and hitch a ride with my wife & sister in-law in my 4 x 4 ute.
They are fine did a good number on the vehicle, the roo well it did not fair well in fact neither did the vehicle repairs will be taking a fair while I feel.
Could have been more the Rt 1/4 of the roo bar took most of it but the Rt guard as well drivers door & rear Rt passenger door.
Sadly we are coming up to winter as I have a few m/cycles to choose from but am very adverse to riding in wet weather now.

LOL, that is so alien to me but I'm sure normal for you. We hit deer here, by the thousands, just in my state. They put signs up to warn people about deer. I never hit a deer in my life living in one of the heaviest populated states in the country but I made ONE trip to Mississippi and ran one over down there.
How many roos are killed on the highways?

A daily thing here across our country be in the 0000's easy the big vehicle destructors apart from wild cattle, camels, pigs are Wombats they are just like a miniature tank just muscle and create carnage to a car destroying the undersides & panels have been known to shear wishbones, steering rods just don't drive before dawn or after dark where they habituate like over east & the Nullarbor plain.

I was watching a video on youtube about a bunch of Aussie off-roaders who had Roo tail for dinner one night and all said it was delicious.
