Help Identifying a No.1. Mk. 3

Hi All,

I recently bought this lot of 15 Lee-Enfield rifles. There is one in the bunch that I would like your help telling me what I have. My biggest question is about the bayonet band attached to the barrel. The finish is parkerized, and the bayonet band looks so professionally done, that I would swear it is factory, but I have never seen a No. 1 Mk. 3 with a band like this, hence my query. Any information that could be provided would be graciously accepted.
