Next up is an adapter plate that is for used mounting sights like the Redfield Olympic sight or other sights that mount the same way to the Pattern14 or M1917 rifle.

First one I have seen - not saying they are rare just haven’t seen another one

$150 plus $10.50 for USPS small flat rate box to the lower 48.
