    they are marked PIN LATCH..ect..
    any ideas? they were in with a bunch of 1928 parts i have, that came from the Rocky Mnt, Ars,

    I would have to know all the markings on the package. What would make it easy is if there is an SNL, like A53 or B28. If there is anything in that format, identification will take seconds.

    If you do not have any SNL markings, then the part number would help, but it can take a long time.

    The part does not look familiar to me. It may be for military vehicle mount, a large weapon, or who knows.
