I have a mk IV .455 serial No 77082 matching Frame and cylinder.
The Webley MK IV .455 model was introduced...
When I have been looking for serial Number range for the 455
I read the kowest known highest kown,
Who holds these recorsd, is it just what others have seen?

It is not Italien, Brescia stamped their name on the frame below the cyilnder,
and the Itailen revolver made in Spane is the same as the British .455, except it is in 10.35...

Measure the cylinder, It could be a MK V ot VI one that has been fitted.
should measure 17.45 inch if it is a MK V or VI. smaller for the origional MK IV.

What I want to work out is a load that I can shoot in all my .455s.
I have 2 spanish 1915s, a MKVI and the MKI.
I do not shoot heavy loads, just the 265 grain and a Vectan A0 load of 5.4 grains....

Yes it has had a T**T work on it.
The frame and barrel look bad but are useable.
The cylinder realy needs replacing, it is now a little smaller in diamiter than a MK 1.
