thanks for the info only paid 100.00 didn't expect to much. It apperantly has a carbine stock on it. I was wondering if it was orginally a carbine or a cut down service rifle? I think cut down.

can some one tell me what i have. my wife bought me this rifle many years ago. it was sporterized and i put it away with not much more thought. i did wonder if the nra might have sold them this way?...
