Some measurements:

Vertical sear engagement: 0.04"
Sear face height: 0.20"
Cocking piece face height: 0.15"

1919-made high number Rock Island. Re-barreled in September, 44 with a High Standard, lots of miscellaneous re-arsenal WWII-era Remington parts. Greek return.

It was pointed out to me that these milling marks are highly unusual, and a point of concern. The receiver is a Rock Island 382XXX, re-barreled in '44 with a HS. Mark I stock.
