    I have not, as powder ages it degrades though and you'll see some different results that original. Depends too how the ammo was stored. I just did it so all cartridges would light uniformly.

    Yes, that exactly what I do, though we don't get so much of it here. That is to say I've never had to do a thousand rounds... Some stuff I've had were hangfires so it was the only way to be sure.

    That was my impression too. We'll now get the phone book about cleaning correctly and there's no problem. I would likely shy away from using it in my shiny bore gas passer too...
