Check the overall condition of the rifle, don't be fooled by refinished wood or a nice refinishing job on the metal. Badly worn rifles can be given a surface facelift, but they still won't function...

Can I use Benchmark powder in my .308 and .30-06 handloads for these rifles? The burn rate charts seem to say it's not too slow.
