So, this being a 10ga the 19mm makes sense. There's brown surface rust throughout the bores. No pitting I can see. Some Ballistol on a brush ought do the trick.

I know the mags aren't supposed to be disassembled, but I just took the floor plate off that problem mag and fixed it! Cleaned the insides with a swab, arranged the spring correctly and reinstalled...
