All great info guys! And thanks for the info as I did not know of any other savage actioner enforcers. Shame there arent pictures to go with a lot of these rifles. Hopefully a detailed history can be...
Where there only actions found or where there various parts? I wonder how many were able to be assembled from just that small lot.
This is the same info that I have gathered as well. It's also interesting to note that mine and the long branch pictured were never scrubbed of original issued markings. The general consensus is that...
Hi there, for starters I'm the owner of Enforcer 767. So that is the last known numbered enforcer as confirmed as Brian Dick was the importer. Second it's a savage 1/3 action. Its the only one known...
I have one on my Springfield BM59. It's never been fired so I'm gonna leave it that way and shoot my 62 instead.
Some rounds would be dead on and then I dont know if it's me or what they'd start going all over the paper. I feel some of it was me but I know some of it was that lose nut. I will be changing the...
Thanks man I think the 5 would look better than the tri compensator but if I cant find one of the shorter ones I'll just go that route. Also I got home to clean it and the gas nut was only finger...
Took my BM62 out to the range today, shot very well. Was wondering if it is an easy swap out to put a tri compensator on as I dont like the muzzle device currently on it. Any advice would be great!
Could be 6th day of February possibly. No idea really but I know how they write out their dates so it kinda makes sense?
Thanks for the tip! I guess a want to buy add would be best for the other parts. I'm mostly concerned with the upper, barrel, and bolt carrier group.
I guess thata the route I'd have to go as most 80% receivers o find are of the A2 variant
I want to build an a s close to spec replica GM Hydramatic m16a1. I've seen 80% lowers engraved online but I've been told they're of the A2 profile. So one, are there proper a1 lower blanks...
Forestock been replaced as has the cheek peice. Action and bracket appear to be matching along with bolt. Scope tin has been repaired possibly a do it yourself job. Also note the tin isnt matching....
Yes I bought it in 2018. I knew it was a Charnwood enforcer essentially. Pretty much an unissued enforcer IMO. Some said I paid to much but being the last enforcer ever built I wont complain. It's...
Thank you all for the replys. I currently own no.767 and, which the previous owner had thr scope fitted the other accessories found.
Good point Buccaneer. I just wasn't sure if they did or didn't have one issued by their local police forces.
Hi all, was wondering what sling would've been issued with an enforcer. I'd like to know what would be a proper sling for it. Thanks in advance for any help!
Awesome set up buddy. Looks great!
Thank you for the info!
Any chance you have any info on enforcer serial 767?
Why would you assume it's been reworked. Many have been seen with blond factory wood. And the suncordite was the standard finish for No4Ts. Any pics?
They do have value. Most Irish contract and RAF contract No4Mk2 rifles are brand new never issued. Most are bringing 800 and up depending on condition and what you have with it. Yours has the...
Hi I'm the current owner of Enforcer serial number 767. I'm certain it wasn't issued but any info you may have would be of great help. Thanks!

Excellent work! Glad you have been able to save the old girl!
