Thank you for the reply, Saginaw's are interesting but somewhat difficult for me to determine "what happened when". I thought the stock was incorrect for an S.G. not to mention the repair....

Is this the correct stock for the serial number Saginaw S.G. that is shown? Or, is this a Saginaw S.G. in a what appears to be a Saginaw S'G' stock? Does it matter?
