I don't know the exactly the law, but few years ago in Germany many ex-war rifle can be sold only without bayonet boss.
Here in Italy there are many rifle came from Germany with "old style"...

The bayonet boss was cut in Germany many years ago. (On Germany few years ago was not allowed to have bayonet boss).
Here in Italy we didn't had this restriction, but the rifle was imported from...

I was an old German law (baionet lock cut).
It seems original nr 5, but the bolt seems to be a nr 4.
