Looking for an armorer in north Texas or southern Oklahoma area who can install a new barrel onto my WWII receiver & headspace the WWII matching bolt.
I am striking out down here like crazy. I...
Wow!! Crazy history there....
Yeah...... I'll pass on a CCP carbine! Probably boobytrapped anyways!!
BOOM.
I agree. I want no part of this...
I can't hardly beleive a Universal M1 Carbine has sold for $1025 & another is currently selling for $775+ on GB!!
Interesting
Very cool. We owe it all to these brave souls....

I was watching that NPM this weekend back when it was just $400
I lost track of time, it...
Any USGI receivers left out there??
Seems like I've seen this on a site called "Pintrest".
It was listed in a few pics from the Italian Campaign.
Nice looking carbine!
Thanks guys.
I already have a complete CMP "Inland", so I was looking for another USGI manufacturer...
Most of those are cut/torched receivers. Others are aftermarket ones....
=(
Where are a few places to pick these up now-a days?
Seemed to have almost evaporated since I tried to buy one a little less than a year ago....
=\
Thanks (just got this). I hope you had a great one too...
Looks to me as if it is some kind of munitions or equipment crate. Like 2 artillery/mortar rounds or separate pieces of radio equipment, etc.
What are the dimensions?
If these don't use an oiler to retain the sling at the butt stock end, does anyone have a pic of how these look with this 2nd type if retention??
I'd save it....
WoW!! She's looking good!!!
LC 53 was on the misfired round.
I'll have to look at the bandoleer when I find it back at home.
(At work now)
I bought 120 rounds of lake city on 10-round stripers sold in a bandoleer a few years back, from Cheeper than Dirt. I had one "no fire" in that bunch. I'll have to check the date when I get to work...
That ammo # isn't showing up on the CMP site today- Must be sold out?
