Do you have anything with close enough serial number that would give me ideas? Measurements of the handguard to help find the correct one?
The "original" owner (now deceased) was a WWII Navy Veteran. I'm suspecting this is a bring home. The stock was cut and sanded in an attempt to make it a sporter. Fortunately, nothing on the rifle...
