That scope is within the serial range of the no32TP.
If it's the scope posted on snipershide the other day, yes, quite probably it is a Canadian contract.

Yes this is one of the "double strike" numbers.
It appears that REL double numbered somewhere over 20 scopes - this scope would have originally been 264-c, and then corrected by adding the 7,...

Well the gun was imported to Canada and the scope was sold off of it separately so I would say that any listing of the 2 together is fraudulent.
Scope appears to be an original. REL Mk2 scopes run to approx. Serial #700
ALL 90L block snipers were originally fitted with REL C.No32 Mk3 scopes.
