I did read that. It discusses barrel threads and not how to remove barrels. Are buttress threads difficult to remove?

I want to restore a Ross MK III. I need to take the barrels off and make a swap. Been to 3 gunsmiths, they cannot remove the barrels. Does anyone know a secret to this or better yet someone to remove...
