The German 154 Gr load was rated in the high 2880+ FPS from the 98K's 23.5 inch barrel and some countries loaded it close to 2900 FPS. IMR-3031 is a good powder, but a bit fast for this application....
Ovidio your loads fall right in line with the Vihtavuori data except their OAL for the 198 Gr is 3.031, but then again every rifle is different.
I have a Lee set of 8x57 dies, and I've never had a problem what's so every. It's been seven years since I bought the Yugo M48 & the dies.

The word on the street is that Hodgdon replaced HS-7 with Longshot. Now i can say that HS-7 worked very well for me in the 10MM:thup:
