trying to figure out the make of a M39 receiver i picked up... having a hard time finding the info... can anyone ID the markings and make of this reciever?

found this on a M39 Sako i purchased... from what i read on internet and book a book i pick up it is civil guard logo but for a M28/30...

so did they also put them on the M39 stock? how did it...

i dont know if should start a new thread or not but after starting this one i took a look at my other SKS... turns out i have another "potbelly" stock on a all matching type 56... thing that gets...

yeah very cool... i haven't touch the finish.. but that another thing that caught my eye... its like when you paint a car an dont prep right u get what they call orange peel... thats what its...

the other thing is the stock forearm and the color why the difference?...

yeah... thats what throwing me... that stock... it dont seem to fit the rifle like the other i have ... very cool rifle anyway...

yes...i ended up purchasing it off of GB... i think it what they call a ghost gun... but whats interesting is that stock... it matches the rifle but seems to be Albanian maybe...

i picked this SKS up... has 5 digist SN no other markings... all matching including stock...

what is it? what is the stock made out of?

well the reason i asked this question cause i think i found what they call 'Ghost' sks... from what i could see in the pictures the guy had there was just 5 digit SN... everything else look ok but...

after more research could it be that this sks went to Albania and some one there put a swivel on the bottom?

the reason i say this is cause i have type 56 sks that has Albania stock an it got a...

found this stock... i assume it is a Chinese sks stock but not for sure... the sling swivel is on bottom with a cutout on the side as well... is this normal or did someone modify and is...
