Opie would be considered a misogynist in today's world with a comment like that.
:runaway::runaway:
Step into that recoil, Sweetie!
That is a super nice WRA M2.
I can see that. I haven't seen one of these posted in a few years now. A very neat, seldom seen item.
That's because they were. I know some collectors get hung up on FIFO, but it doesn't explain every anomaly seen by today's collectors. Some guys use FIFO to justify their carbines, in this case, to...

Depended on how much goat poop they had on them.

And I didn't include the natural tendency of wood to shrink or expand, thanks for the reminder.

It's worth noting, yet again, that the Irwin made stocks are not the only ones with the gap behind the plate. I've seen WRA, Overton and Trimble wood with pretty much the same gap and doesn't include...
Just because a carbine has a rebuild mark doesn't mean that it's been totally rebuilt. I'm talking generally there and not specifically about the Saginaw though. I have Quality Hardware that went...
Oh, I guess that would be a problem!
Eddie, if it's officially blued I would be interested in it if you ever consider selling it.
The bolt marking is for Standard Products. Just curious, is the blued or has it been parked?
I don't mind some of the seller's spiel, of course the part about there being no such thing as an original carbine for the reasons given is hardly correct . As far as there being internet experts out...
WRA was hardly known for their aesthetically pleasing fit and finish, but the possibilities with 6 plus million made are all over the map.
The best thing to do is to not even give the "average agent" even an inkling something's up, but others just can't leave it alone. I guess we'll see more incidents like several months ago on another...
That carbine has had more action than Josh Duggar at a slumber party.
I've never bought into the 99% were rebuilt statements made and also remember not every carbine was totally rebuilt when its time came. There's so many variables with millions of carbines made that...
I like this stuff: Amazon.com : HOPPE Outdoors
Seems to be the right consistency and unlike some products cleans off easily.
Inland started out with a horizontal logo ( the old Wright Brothers building ) then went vertical towards the latter part of 43 ( mid-production as stated ) and after that point a mix of horizontal...
Swapping videos? Sounds like a carbine information is secondary to a little sumthin, sumthin.;)
Well, I should have orientated it correctly in my hand...so it's the back then...doh!:slap:
No need to look, I pulled mine out of the drawer and the WI is on the front of the shorter aperture.
