You can pick up another SKS for $200 if you shop around.
And the pinned barrels make no difference unless you are fitting a new stock.
And if you covered the markings on the receiver, you wouldn't notice how the Russian is supposedly better.

Unissued Savage & Longbranch No4Mk1
I like the North American Enfields, but I am not a fan of the No4Mk1* bolthead cut-out.
Also a Unissued No5Mk1 would be nice.
