Guys: Got this today from a vet's family. He got it in WW 2...Appears an original un-messed with Rem Rand..Serial is 1347XXX which is correct for 1943...FJA and P on the left side of the frame,...

All I know is he was in the Occupation Troops in Japan, and US Army Infantry Division, I do not know which one...He had a Type 99 Long Rifle, and a Nambu, and a lot of other non-military stuff..
