yes that silver tip stuff tends to cause the bolt to stick. I believe its the coating they put on the cases to preserve the ammo that heats up and then sticks.

I've been loading a 174 grn RN, Hornady I believe.
I looked at some 150grn and 180grn spitzers but for short ranges the speed of the lighter bullets and that spitzers carry better over distance...

I feal your pain, my small punches are all bent or broken. I have an old fireing pin that I use for the odd job.
perhaps the decaping pin from a lee universal deprimer die might work too
can be a bit of a bugger to install, several times I wished I had 3 hands (like Cantom) :)
but with a little cussing and persistance they can be changed.
