Thanks again. Here is pic of Taiwanese M14 with that circular symbol. So I am probably safe to ID it as a Chinese-Tiawanese barrel.

The receiver, trigger group, Op Rod all check out by Drawing numbers as March 1943 Winchester. The replacement barrel has markings I can't identify except it was built in 1967. This is a Century Arms...
