    Savage Buttstock with BSA?

I just picked u a spare buttstock, and it is a Savage marked near Trigger Housing, however it has a nearly inch wide circle stamp on it, with the arrow head or rifle stack loga and either BSA or ESA around the other quadrants? It is hard to make out as the last guy sanded it down, I am going to restamp the markings as to restore it, anyone know what this is? Thanks in advance.

CAn the mark be ISA or TSA? Anyway the circled character description is typical of Indian ordnance markings.
