3 gun display stand
Guys, I just received another gunstand from the folks at RubySwamp WoodWorks. This is the 3rd stand I have ordered from them, they are all handmade to order. I'm very pleased with every one, I have 3 now. This is about as cheap a way to Display your carbines that I know of. His Prices are VERY resonable. Check out his website, you can get different colored stains, and wood. This one is Walnut stain and is darker than the pictures because I used the flash. Check them out at RubySwamp WoodWorks gun display's and custom wood working

Rustship: very nice and at less than $30 a very good buy. Which size opening/width did you get? Could you post a pic with a carbine in it?
Thanks.

These pics are a year old, and at that time I had a 2 gun stand and a 3 gun stand. Just lined them up, elevated the second behind the first. The first 2 had 1 1/2 inch openings, but I had him put 2 inch opening on this one. Should fit a little better.

Thanks for the pics. Am looking to buy or build something similar that will display 6 carbines when I do a gun show. I've used the standard type rack with guns upright on both sides, but they just dont' show well in a rack like that. Something like you picture does. The last show I just laid them out on the table and that worked pretty good as they were easy to pick up and handle.
Another question: the piece that holds the sides togather.....looks like a single screw. is the rack sturdy enough when loaded with 3 carbines? I'd prob want to shorten it myself after I get it to fit just behind the handgrip and forward near the end of the forarm.

Yes, a single screw to hold the cross-bar to the racks. But they don't wobble at all, just have to get the screws in tight. I think the 2" opening's are going to be a lot better. Have not tried yet, but I think the stocks are going to fit down and snug. I like the idea of cutting them down a bit, probably would look better just behind the handgrip.

Who makes the single stand that goes into the bottom of the mag?
