A lot of 1918 pistols look like they were dragged behind the truck, but every once in a while...you run into a really nice one.

Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Wow! Great gun, like just left Colt Factory, how such pistol could be preserved so well, maybe has not being shot as well...

I knew the pistol was crisp while I was considering to purchase it, but had no idea how new it really was until I got it home, wiped all the crud off and photographed it. I sure am thankful those before me who possessed it had enough sense to properly preserve it.
