    Can you identify this uniform?

Hi. Can anyone help me identify the uniform in this photo? I'm particularly interested in the insignia on the hat.

    Thanks.

    That wasn't an improvement.

In any case, it could be a uniform for an airline, civilian. I've seen the broad upward lifting leaves on an airline but not the "wings"? going across the middle.

I saw this on the news last night. Some politician had used it in a political add. Think they said it was Germanicon.

She has a sharp knife in her add department. Not.

It's not WWII luftwaffe, the dead giveaway on that is no swastika.

It is the emblem for the Germanicon Luftwaffe or air force.

I think a Luftwaffe officer would al least insist on hanging it on the bead post. Now the rest of the uniform that might be another story.
