Ar15 Front post aperture?

I shoot a mod 70 international with aperture front and rear sights with my 68 year old eyes , have great accuracy...Anyone make a screw in front post for an ar15 that would replace the front post?...I realize it my be only 2 min adjustments I can live with that....Charlie
