M-1 complete trigger group

I have a M-1 complete trigger group ,that I have no idea where it came from...I have had 3 garands and I guess I bought an extra......Still have a old 6 digit SN#one I built from parts 20 years ago...
What do I look for to the tell folks about it?...I was going to put the complete trigger group on the auction board...

There's numbers on the hammer, safety, housing side. The rest of the parts should be photo'd in situ so we can identify what's what. Then we'll tell you how old and what value or whatever you need.
